How long does a quote take?
Most quotes are returned within 24 hours, including a design proof.
Do you handle permits?
We don't pull permits. We provide shop drawings so your licensed installer can apply for the permit.
Do you ship outside your local area?
We serve customers across the U.S. and Australia. We design, fabricate and ship. You get an install-ready kit. Lit exterior signs need a licensed installer or electrician, and rules differ by city.
What's your payment process?
No payment is taken at quote request. Once you approve your design and price, we invoice a deposit to begin fabrication.
